A spooky ritualistic Halloween poetry infused night in Manchester at Levenshulme Old Library. Tickets here
BLETHER’S night of storytelling/dancing/community and ritual silliness is back at Levy Library for our spooky, sexy, scary soirée celebrating the Celtic origins of Halloween…Samhain! A Scottish and Irish folk tradition and Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest season and beginning of winter or the “darker half” of the year. We want to cast out the demonic fascist forces that threaten us and band together in a celebration of communal weirdness. Casting spells and hexing our enemies whilst burning effigies and being accused of witchcraft. Expect performances, drag, dancing, drinking, party games, dressing up and a whole lotta Blether goodness in an old library. Come join us this spooky szn.
